I don’t know my model number and cannot see it on the product? Please use the contact us form and attach some images of your product along with any other information you think will be of help to us. We will then be able to identify your product. Please send images of the complete product, not just the broken or missing part.
I still haven’t received my order and the tracking hasn’t updated? Please use the ‘contact us’ form quoting your order number. We can then review your order details and contact the courier responsible for delivering your shipment.

Can I have a copy of my invoice? Select the order from the Order history page, and there is a PDF Invoice button at the top
How do I cancel my order I have just made? You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by replying to your order confirmation email. A full refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Instead, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the order.
