  • Modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without prior notice. You acknowledge that we are not liable to you or any third party for any changes or discontinuation of the Website.
  • Revise or update this Agreement, including any pricing, periodically. Your continued use of the Website (or any part of it) after such updates will signify your acceptance of the revised terms, including any changes to pricing.

It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly for updates, including pricing changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must stop using the Website immediately.

2. Orders, Pricing and Payment

2.1. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including name, contact details, and shipping address. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored by us.

2.3. Out of stock or Backordered items

If a product, accessory, or spare part is listed as "out of stock," you have the option to subscribe to receive an email notification once the item is back in stock and available for purchase.

If a product, accessory, or spare part is marked as "Backorder," this means the item has been ordered from the manufacturer and is currently in transit to our facility. You can still place an order, and we will dispatch your items as soon as the stock arrives.

2.3. Pricing

For UK orders, all prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The applicable VAT, depending on the order and the relevant territories, will be calculated and added at checkout before your order is completed.

For EU orders with a total value of €150 or under, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system to manage VAT. This means that VAT at your country's applicable rate will be calculated and added at checkout before the completion of your order. By using the IOSS, we are able to collect VAT at the time of purchase, ensuring that no additional charges, such as customs duties or VAT, will be due upon delivery.

This system helps streamline delivery and avoid delays caused by customs procedures, allowing you to receive your order without unexpected fees when it arrives in your country. The IOSS ensures that the VAT payment is processed upfront, making the import process smoother for you.

For EU orders with a total value over €150, taxes, customs duties, and any applicable import fees are due upon import. These charges will be the responsibility of you, the customer, and will be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the specific taxes and duties that may apply. Studio 1 Ltd is not liable for any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.

For international orders (outside of the UK and EU), no taxes or duties are collected at checkout. Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees will be determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are your responsibility to pay. Studio 1 Ltd is not liable for any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.

2.4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when you receive an email from us acknowledging payment and processing of the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping Policy

We ship internationally using reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, and Royal Mail. We primarily offer tracked services, but for some countries or regions, only untracked or signature-based services may be available. We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and are based on our shipping partners' average delivery times. However, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred due to delays in delivery.

3.2. EU Orders and IOSS Information

For orders shipped to the European Union, we comply with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) regulations. This means applicable VAT and customs duties are included in your final checkout price, which helps to streamline the delivery process and avoid additional charges upon arrival. 3.3. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an uncollected item, the courier will return the package to our returns department. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will hold your order until you contact us via our Contact Us page. Once we have been contacted, we can update the order with the correct information, but a re-shipping fee will be required.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will issue a refund for the product cost via the payment method used at checkout, minus any return shipping charges we have incurred with the courier. For large or heavy items, a re-stocking fee may also apply.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1. Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website, go to the "Orders" section, and select the order you wish to return. A return button with a short form will be available for you to complete.

Once the return request is submitted, we will receive a notification of your return. You will be responsible for returning the goods to Studio 1 Ltd (within 14 days of notifying us) at your own risk and cost. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method to return your items. For high-value items, we also recommend insuring the shipment with the courier, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them. If we find the items to be in the same condition as when they left our facility, we will issue a full refund for the returned product(s) only.

If the returned product(s) are damaged, used, or in a condition that prevents them from being restocked for resale, a reduced refund will be offered, depending on the extent of the damage or use.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

If you have received your order and find that it has a manufacturing fault or if any parts are missing, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page, attaching photos of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.

4.2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched, and a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Instead, you will need to initiate a return once the order has been received. Please refer to Section 6.1 for further instructions on how to return your items.

  • Any loss of earnings, injuries, or damages resulting from the self-installation or improper fitting of spare parts purchased from us. Users are responsible for ensuring that all parts are installed correctly and safely.
  • Our total liability in any matter related to the use of this Website or purchase of products will not exceed the total value of the purchase made.
