We offer a comprehensive service package, including repairs, cleaning, pressure testing, and functionality testing. With an extensive inventory of spare parts, we aim to repair your product within days of its arrival. All our repairs are backed by a 6 month guarantee.

 

How to Book a Repair

  1. Log in or Register
    Create an account to book a repair, track progress, and receive notifications about each step as soon as your product arrives.
  2. Complete the Repair Form
    Using the Book a Repair link please complete the online form giving as much details and information as possible. This information is immediately sent to our repair team, notifying them of your incoming repair on completion.
  3. Send us your product
    You should have received a confirmation email containing your completed booking form. This form includes all the details of your repair request as entered and provides the address for sending your product. The form can also be accessed through your account repair details. Please print the form and include it inside the package along with your product.
  4. Confirmation of Receipt
    Once we receive your product, it will be marked as Received Awaiting Inspection. You will receive an email notification, and the status will be updated in your account.
  5. Approval of Estimate
    Our technician will inspect your product and prepare an estimate. You will receive this via email and in your account. Approve to proceed or, if you decline, choose free recycling or pay the return shipping if you'd like the product back.
  6. Repair Commences
    Once approved, your repair will be scheduled for the technician. Upon completion, you'll receive a notification along with a payment link.
  7. Payment & Preparation for Return
    Once payment is received, we’ll update the status to Paid and prepare the product for shipment. If you plan to collect, let us know when.
  8. Shipping
    Our team will package your product and create a shipping label with the address from your booking form. You will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.
