By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including name, contact details, shipping address and your company or personal VAT/tax number. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored by us.
If a product, accessory, or spare part is listed as "out of stock," you may subscribe to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock and available for purchase.
If a product is marked as "Backorder," it means the item has been ordered from the manufacturer and is in transit to our facility. You may place an order, and we will dispatch your items as soon as stock arrives.
If a product is marked as "In stock at warehouse," it means the item is not held at our premises but is available from the factory. Once we receive your order, we will place an order with them, and as soon as we receive the product, it will be dispatched to you.
As we ship internationally, all prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT, taxes, or duties will be calculated and added at checkout depending on your shipping destination.
An order is confirmed only when you receive an email acknowledging payment and processing.
We ship internationally using reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, and Royal Mail. We primarily offer tracked services, but for some countries or regions, only untracked or signature-based services may be available. We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout and are based on our shipping partners' average delivery times. However, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs incurred due to delays in delivery.
For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT and duties are handled as follows:

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or uncollected item, the courier will return the package to us. Upon receipt, we will hold your order until you contact us to arrange reshipping (a reshipping fee applies). If you do not wish to reship, we will refund the product cost minus any return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee.
UK and EU Consumers (B2C):
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not as a business) within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund of the item cost and the cost of standard delivery (i.e., the least expensive shipping option offered at checkout). We do not refund any additional costs for premium or express delivery services you may have selected.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured method.
If the returned products are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., signs of use, damage, missing packaging or parts), we reserve the right to make a deduction to reflect the loss in value.
Returns After 14 Days:
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we are not obliged to accept returns for change of mind. Any return requests beyond 14 days will be considered at our discretion and may be subject to:
Faulty or Not as Described Goods:
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. Under your statutory rights, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. This applies regardless of the 14-day cancellation period.
International Customers (Outside UK/EU):
For customers outside the UK and EU (including the USA), returns for change of mind are accepted only at our discretion unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws. If approved, return shipping and any applicable customs fees are your responsibility. Original shipping costs and transaction fees will not be refunded.
B2B Customers:
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you acknowledge and agree that no statutory cooling-off period applies. Returns and cancellations for business transactions are not accepted unless goods are faulty or supplied in error. Any return accepted at our discretion will be subject to:
You may cancel your order without charge before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be securely packaged, and we highly recommend using a tracked service. If the product is of high value, we also recommend insuring the shipment. Please note that we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of your item, whether or not it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you are sending your item from within or outside the UK, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail or Parcleforce. These couriers visit our repair centre daily. A tracked service allows you to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Studio 1 Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Please note that spare parts supplied by Studio 1 Ltd are intended for use as replacement components and will not be covered under any manufacturer’s warranty. Spare parts are provided “as-is,” without any guarantee as to suitability or lifespan.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, no warranty is offered or implied for spare parts, and Studio 1 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of such parts.
It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all spare parts are installed correctly and safely. Improper installation or use may result in damage, personal injury, or invalidate any remaining equipment warranties.
However, if you believe the product is faulty, missing components, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us promptly and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
