With an extensive inventory of spare parts, we aim to repair your product within days of its arrival. Estimates are free, if you choose not to proceed with the repair, you’ll only be charged for return shipping. All repairs come with a 6 month guarantee.

Using the Book a Repair link please complete the online form giving as much details and information as possible. This information is immediately sent to our repair team, notifying them of your incoming repair on completion.
You should have received a confirmation email containing your completed booking form. This form includes all the details of your repair request as entered and provides the address for sending your product. The form can also be accessed through your account repair details. Please print the form and include it inside the package along with your product.
Once we receive your product, it will be marked as Received Awaiting Inspection. You will receive an email notification, and the status will be updated in your account.
Our technician will inspect your product and prepare an estimate. You will receive this via email and in your account. Approve to proceed or, if you decline, choose free recycling or pay the return shipping if you'd like the product back.
Once approved, your repair will be scheduled for the technician. Upon completion, you'll receive a notification along with a payment link.
Once payment is received, we’ll update the status to Paid and prepare the product for shipment. If you plan to collect, let us know when.
Our team will package your product and create a shipping label with the address from your booking form. You will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.
To identify the correct spare parts, you must first locate your product's model number. Each model has a dedicated page featuring an exploded view that displays all available parts. To help you find your model page, we offer two options:
Option 1: Enter your model number into the search bar located at the top of every page. If a match is found, it will appear below the search bar for you to select.
Option 2: If you don't know the model number, use the Browse model categories button to explore product ranges grouped by category.
